COOKING BASICS AT EMMAUS

In Autumn 2023, seven companions at Emmaus completed a cooking basics course. Emmaus is a charity which provides accomodation, training and work to people who have experienced or been at risk of homelessness. The companions learnt amongst other things to make bread, curries, fish pie, chilli con carne and lasagne.
